Rayonier Incorporated (RYN)

Rayonier is focusing on two core businesses:

• Produces high performance specialty cellulose fibers
• Sells standing timber, timberland acreage and real estate for development

Rayonier owns 2.1 million acres of timber and land in the U.S. and New Zealand and is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It expects its 2004 dividend will be approximately $110 million.
