MENA (Middle East, North Africa) stocks are now
available to U.S. investors through eight exchange-traded funds
(ETFs).
These ETFs have not been trading long, so they do not have a long-term
record from which to evaluate their performance. But expect them
to be volatile. And the expense ratios of these ETFs are relatively
high with some annual fees approaching one percent.
