Hershey Raises Dividend Over Seven Percent
Hershey
(HSY),
a leading candy maker (Almond Joy, Hershey’s, Hershey's Kisses,
Kit Kat, Mounds, Reese's and more), raised its quarterly dividend from
$0.2975 per share to $0.32 per share, a 7.56 percent increase. The new
dividend is payable March 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of February
25, 2010.
Hershey has a long history of uninterrupted dividends and had increased
its dividend every year for 33 years until 2008. It is a Dividend
