ABM Industries
(ABM),
a facilities services company, raised its quarterly dividend to $0.135
per share from $0.13 per share, a 3.85 percent increase. The new dividend
is payable February 1, 2010 to shareholders of record as of January 7,
2010.
ABM has increased its annual dividend every year since 1967. Since 1972,
ABM has raised its annual dividend from $0.0208 to $0.52, a 9.09 percent
annualized rate. ABM is a Dividend
