| Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM),
the large grain processor and ethanol producer headquartered in
Decatur, Illinois, is on a multi-year price upside. ADM is trading
in the middle of its upside price channel that is defined by the
parallel upper and lower boundaries (green lines on the price chart
chart).
Its stock price has settled into the price channel after making
a price bubble during the ethanol hype in early and mid 2006. Normally
stocks trade within a price channel, bouncing off the lower boundary
and heading down once they reach the upper boundary.
